We are a pediatric office located on the Cental Coast of California
in Atascadero, a small city in rural San Luis Obispo County. We
are a “full service” pediatric practice that provides
comprehensive medical care to infants, children, and young adults
up to age 21. Our personalized services include:
- Health maintenance exams and anticipatory guidance
- Pre participation sports and camp exams
- All suggested immunizations
- Evaluation and treatment of illnesses
- Coordination of medical services and management of children
with chronic diseases and/or disability
- Adolescent gynecologic services
Care providers include Dr. Brian Patterson and Dr. James Tedford,
two experienced board certified pediatricians, and Ellen Castellanos,
